Claim error
Post Body

I submitted a claim for migraines secondary to tinnitus a couple weeks ago. Friday I got a call from the VES to check my availability for an audio exam for a tinnitus increase(I already have the max 10%, so idk why they would think i want one). Called the VA immediately after I had checked my claim online and saw that it was changed to only show tinnitus, not tinnitus and migraines as I originally saw in the confirmation screen. They said they would send some email to a supervisor about whoever saw the initial claim made an error and labeled it as tinnitus instead of migraines secondary to. This morning I see an email VES appt confirmation. Anyone else experience this? Was there anything else you tried to do to make it right?
