I am using post 9/11. I started this spring semester on 01/15. I am waiting for the payment from January to come through, as well as the back-payment for the books I had to buy out if pocket. I did some research & read it takes them about 1-2 weeks to process the 1st payment of the semester. I've been in school for almost a month now. Even if the 1-2 weeks start counting the next month (February), it's February 14th today, it's been 2 weeks & I still haven't got anything.

I'm very stressed out & upset because I need this money to get by this month. Is anybody else going through this? Does anybody know a phone number I can call to inquire about what is going on?
