FDC Claim had been sitting at PFD for almost 6 months. No C&P's requested upon receipt or initial review. In that time I received not a single call or anything by mail. Now it has moved back to initial review and evidence gathering. And I can see they have put in an exam request 6 months after the fact. As well as an IREL request which as far as I can tell is a toxic exposure report. I did not file this under the pact act and my claims are for increases to already rated conditions. My estimated completion date moved from February of this year to Feb 25'. I know folks wait years for this stuff but I am drowning.
