Long story short, both friend and I did an increase. Both of us had 6 increases total, pretty identical conditions since we were in the same squadron/shop. Both of us are 90% trying to get 100. I did my ITF April 2023, submitted November 27th and have been on PDF since beginning of January…
He did his ITF October 2023 and submitted February 1st of 2024.. got a rating of 100% P&T 4 days later.. it makes no sense to us.. like HOW?
