Hello,

I got a call from “MBA” debt collector. Apparently billing me for an amount of X. I have visited the ER prior a handful of times and I never got a bill. Im curious as to why they are billing me and more even so for a CT Scan or X ray that I don’t recall. They gave me an Account # and an email. Who would I reach out in the VA as to handling this situation. Other times where I’ve gone to Clinic or ER I would get a bill saying Veteran Responsibility is $0.00.

I would appreciate if someone can guide me with a number I could call to settle this. To my understanding I have VA Health Insurance. Even more with PACT act now in effect.
