To clarify, not the "Comprehensive Benefit Caregiver Program" that requires you to be 70% service connected.
I am in CA and just found out that your hours of caregiver support (can be used with HHC or ADHC) are dependent on area. Some areas offer 40 and others, like ours, only offer 14 at the most. I also found out that in order to access more hours, we just have to change PCPs to the area we want. No one can explain to me why the hours are so ridiculously different by area and no one can tell me how to find out what area offers the best support.
Was hoping someone here might know or have an idea. Thank you.
