How long should I be waiting?

I’ve called and had these claims reviewed for no activity for over 30 days. Done c&p for the bottom 2, and done my follow up phone call on Dec 6 for the higher level review. I keep receiving letters saying they are awaiting my medical records from my local dr, however when I call they say they’ve already received them and waiting to review them…since October
