Post Body

I was recently rated at 30% for "PTSD, with insomnia disorder, persistant (claimed as anxiety, trouble sleeping and PTSD.)" However, when I look at the Mental Health Ratings schedule, I seem to be more in the 50% range, with multiple anxiety attacks a week, with constant anxiety and other issues. I have heard of a "supplemental claim." Is that what I file, or do an appeal? What should I do?
