I got sleep apnea added to my va disability but they tied it to my asthma, and not as a result of my sinusitis, it was due to exposures, which means it comes in at a lower rating. I went through the pact act process and had two nexus letters that showed it was a result of my exposures and not my asthma but the VA won't separate it from my asthma diagnosis.
Does anyone have any tips to have it tied to my pact act claim of exposure? My primary care physician said he wont/can't write a nexus letter linking my exposures (from WP and living at an Iraqi power plant) to my sleep apnea.
Any and all help would be appreciated as I want my exposures, and subsequent health problems, to be accurately recognized by the VA.
