Long Delay For Medical Records (Rant)

Post Body

So I ETS’d in December. I requested my medical records September 9th when I returned from CSP and was told it would take 60 days. Fort Campbell La Pointe Clinic says to me today, it’ll be another 6 weeks before I get them. This is on top of me calling in December and them saying it will be January. I unfortunately couldn’t ask for them sooner cause I didn’t get orders till late July when I was on my CSP two states away and La Pointe refused to let me request records over the phone or via email. My orders were delayed my previous BDE CDR when I sent up my packet didn’t support my REFRAD and it took forever to get processed at HRC. I know I’m still gonna go through the VA Disability Process cause I enlisted at 18 and got out at 28 years old but damn this is already getting annoying and I haven’t even dealt with the VA…
