Question about mental health C&P exam.

Howdy folks. So I am in the middle of an appeal for a PTSD and tinnitus claim (I never attended the first exams in 2017 because of issues) and have a new claim for anxiety/depression, and some other issues. I recently had a mental health C&P and then a tinnitus exam. Now today they are wanting to schedule another mental health exam? Did I mess up having two different claims for mental health conditions? I really don't wanna go through that who shebang again...
