So I started a new job about 2 months ago and I’m not very good at it. I used to work at a fragrance retailer but after 18 months of bullying I blew up and I had enough. Now I’m at my new job still in retail but this time athletic wear and as a sales lead. So far I’m pretty sure the only thing that I’ve done right is win a PT contest (Veterans Day). I’ve tried to do things that lift up people’s spirits like secret snowman and Autumn Baskets but to little avail. My manager is nice but she expects alot and for me to figure it out. I have figured out evaluations for customer service but the other parts…eh. Then the fact that I’m bipolar means I’m all in or not and I get distracted so when I see coloring sheets or word searches I get distracted. Any tips on how to get better or should I get going?
