hello I an a 23 year old veteran who was airborne qualified until I had an accident im currently with 80% disability (awaiting 100%) and I have a job working in small areas and on my hands and knees a lot. the things I have disability for are aggravated every day because of my work and probably 2-3 times out of the week I am unable to do everything they ask of me and have to go home early and they are getting sick of it… so my question is can I be fired for not being physically able to do everything they ask of me because of my disability?
