Hey guys!
I would appreciate some general advice, I'm looking to apply for my home loan. however, i do not know where to start and what I should look for. Who do i go through? are there any limitations? I have a 650 credit score. I do have a collection under my name for $10k which is from my Motorcycle accident and i plan on paying that off here shortly. I don't have much debt other than that. I make roughly 8k a month. $2,025 is the GI bill though the rest is disability (100%) and my part-time job.
where do I start?
who should i finance through?
I live in Minesota.
