Question about claim decision

After reading through everything. This one thing stood out to me. My recent claim I requested an increase on a few things and I also requested TDIU. In the screenshot it says I'm perminantly disabled. Does this mean I got TDIU , or my percentage can't be lowered? I'm a little confused what this means in regards to my 100% I just got
