In the process of going 90% to 100%

So I was recommended a rep earlier this year through another vet and photography associate and the rep said that I have a pretty good chance of getting my rate increased up to 100%. I was always skeptical of going through the process but I figured I’d give it a shot. Next week I go to see the Doctor they picked out for me. I’m not sure what to expect after that. I know the VA will want to set up an appointment as well but my rep said that he’ll guide me on what to do at that stage.
