Can I put in my other claims when I have one currently being processed?

Hello everyone. I currently have put in a claim for Mental Health and it’s arrived at the VA processing center two weeks ago being while they gather evidence. Can I put in my general medical claims as well even though they are currently looking at my Mental health claims currently? I just didnt know if your allowed to have multiple claims put in after you put one in recently.
