I have 80% disability and I am waiting who knows how long to get an MRI to get meniscus surgery… I’ve had the torn meniscus for about 3 years now and its taking a toll on the rest of my body and the pain is to the point now I have to crawl like an infant up the stairs and it has made me a bit depressed that I feel useless I feel like I can’t get better and I feel like my whole body is a waste of a life now. I used to be an athlete and now I can’t even walk more than a few hundred feet without needing to sit down. my quality of life has diminished and I am so tired of it. so my question is can I file a secondary claim due to the fact it has caused me these feelings?
