Sorry tried searching around for a decent answer already but not much luck, the VA is telling me they cant get ahold of my Service Treatments Records and have had an internal request open now for almost 3 months I have done all the C&Ps and they don't need anything else from me. I dont want to wait another 30 days for this information request to close out just to be told hurry up and wait.

If anyone has experience with this what else can I do to make sure this is getting worked on? Is there some one else I can call the 800 VA reps Ive talked to are usually sympathetic but cant help me my claims going on the 6 month mark which I know by no means is outrageous but its just frustrating getting the runaround of oh its not our fault
