NAF Atsugi burn pits 2002-2003

Looking for photos or other proof showing the existence of burn pits near Atsugi NAF, Japan from 2002-2003. The PACT Act recognizes their existence up until 2001. I was there 2002-2003 with a detachment from NMCB 1. We built some warehouses near the South end of the flight line, along the outer road/fence line. There was a place just outside the fence that burned and the smoke would come across to our jobsite all the time.
