Have you found riding sets you free of your demons? I’m thinking of getting a bike and wanted to hear your opinions on it.

My mental health has declined over the past year and the VA has me under their thumb hardcore. They stated my PTSD has gotten worse and I feel like a lot of my joys have vanished over the last year. I’ve only thought about it, but does having a bike and taking long drives help? Does it give you lads and lasses peace?
