Two Questions:

First, my school (USC) issued a statement basically saying that most of the courses in the fall would be available for in-person attendance however if the student wanted they could take the entire course online as well. Under the new "Covid-19 GI bill" would I still receive full BAH for this type of hybrid class if I stayed home in Colorado and just attended the classes online.

Second, has anyone had to deal with a Yellow Ribbon overpayment? I currently owe $15k to the VA for an overpayment they made to USC in the spring. I have contacted the financial offices at the school and they said they would refund the money to the VA but it has been months and this debt has not been relieved.
