Just as the above title suggests, there is no generic form of a medication I use to treat (service-related) asthma. There are two active ingredients I need and the VA only carries a 'similar' medication that has one active ingredient. The medication costs $250 / mo without insurance at Walgreens (and $220 with GoodRX).
Is there anything I can do to request the VA start carrying it or for them to help pay for the prescription at Walgreens? (I'm rated 70%). On my wife's account so might take me a second to respond.
