Post Body

My uncle passed away unexpectedly last night. I have a big opinionated family and some people have been telling her that the VA loan gets voided upon death of the borrower if she wasnt listed as a co-borrower. In my experience, property transfers to a spouse regardless of whose name is on the deed/title/etc. I have searched far and wide, and this seems to be a lie.

Q: What happens to a VA loan when the borrower dies and the spouse is not on the loan?
