I am working on getting back into shape after having several surgeries to include a back surgery, hernia and gall bladder. I am doing my best to get rid of the gut and therefore I am working out quite a bit again. I am lifting 3 times a week and also doing cardio and doing HIIT exercises with my trainer. Want to get more in but running is one of the things that I miss, but I have been told that I should never run again because of the back injuries that I have had. What all do you all do if you are still in shape or have gotten out of shape and got back into shape. My mental health has improved quite a bit because I am taking the demons out at the gym, and physically I have went from 277 pounds down to 224.5 this morning.
