When your a kid no matter how shitty your childhood or how poor you are you have optimism and dreams and you feel like anything is possible. Then you wake up one day, your almost 40 and life has prison raped you so many times you just lie there and take it but feel nothing. 95% of us will never fulfill even a fraction of our goals or dreams regardless of what we try. I just wish someone had been more honest when I was young about how slim my chances really were.
