Just finished my second C&P exam for my TDIU claim. (First one was canceled 2 weeks after I attended🤷♂️) During that first C&P exam the doctor said my by DBQ wasn't one for TDIU. During the one I had yesterday the physician said the same thing. They said there was no section to input occupation impairment.I cannot understand why the VA would send me to 2 C&P exams for TDIU, and not send a TDIU DBQ. What on earth is going on? This most recent exam took about 4 minutes. The doctor said that it was useless to measure flexion because that doesn't apply to thoracic spine, whatever that means. She then asked if I have any questions for her, I said yes I'm full of questions. Where is the TDIU part of the exam? She didn't ask me anything about work whatsoever. She asked if I had updated imagery, but my back has stayed the same this whole time so not sure what that would do. I am now left feeling very confused and as if I was set up for failure. Are these exams just a check in the box, or do they actually mean something as far as TDIU goes? Thanks.
