Dear American Veterans and Patriots,
I did not serve in wartime either, but at Fort Bragg, NC I trained thousands of Soldiers in my Medical MOS. From Medics with the 82nd Airborne, 18D SF Medics, to Physician Assistants and more. I think about how many Soldiers were treated and survived based on the Training from the Medics in our Conflicts in Iraq, Afghanistan, Grenada, and Panama.
I was part of those conflicts, far removed from my ETS date, but the training from me and any other soldier who trained Soldiers in any field can be their head up high, as all US Veterans should. We were part of the 1% of Americans that served our Country, and a reason no other Countries Fu#k with America. Flying a flag, or a sticker on a car or lord forbid a American flag tank top is not my way of expressing patriotism, but to each his own!
Myself and my fellow brothers and Patriots carry our Patriotism in 2 places, our Hearts and our Minds. Thank you to my fellow Veterans, never deny your worth to our Country, we are free because of our Service to our Country.
