Hey everyone, I need some help!

I missed a phone call from the VA this morning, I was away from my phone for an extended period of time. I called them back and nobody put a note about what the phone call was about!

I am not sure what to do about my BDD claim.

I called the VA immediately after the short notice cancellation and explained the situation and was told they were going to request rescheduling since I had good cause.

But because of the short notice cancellation, even with good cause, my claim is being moved to the decision phase.

I tried reaching out to the BDD rep on base, and it wasn't much help.

Do anyone have any recommendations of what I should do?
I don't even know how to find a local VSO!
