I am applying for jobs since i recently moved and noticed one place I applied wants an experienced vet assistant/unlicensed technician (though being labeled a technician in this state without being a CVT isn't legal), and when I looked on their website to see the staff none of the people are listed as technicians just vet assistants. Is this a red flag? Last time i worked for a practice like that the Dr's basically did everything a tech should be doing (giving vaccines, reading ear cytologies, etc) and the standard of medicine was awful.
