First and foremost, loving the new mode. Not a lot of time to play lately but it is a really strong expansion by Fatshark - vast majority of things are working flawlessly and good times being had.
That said, in Haskar's map please add a button that takes you to Olyesha's trademart or something. The interface ideally would just meld the existing I screen with the weapons from the Z screen; a dropdown by each weapon and an 'X' by each removeable boon. Click button/dropdown, be told cost, click yes.
Three key purposes:
1) Review your I/Z inventory between sessions
2) Remove boons that are unwanted, refunding 50 coins
3) Option to purchase 'white' starter weapon of any type for either slot for 50 coins (replaces current gear)
So there's a few obvious experience things going on here. One is just being able to review your loadout between runs. The second is to get rid of really frustrating boon options that fundamentally change your gameplay (eg: Natural Bond, Charge on PushBlock) in a way that you don't want. The third is to not be stuck with a weapon that doesn't work with your build/character/experience for 1-2 more maps to find a new random item shrine because Ranald gave you his middle finger (oh and odds are he does it again? high in my experience!).
There might be some abuse potential here (eg why you should have to buy a white weapon not get a refund since you can upgrade it to the best tier as soon as you find an upgrade) and I don't think the game should make boons sell at 100% (its roguelite, RNG is part of the game, Natural bond chose you!). That said, it's important to give players some control over the inventory of stuff RNG gives them so they can remove those that would make the game unfun or harder for them if they so choose.
