Damage dealt in the post game screen vs damage on dummies

So, uh, it just kind of clicked for me that this doesn't really make sense. You deal between hundreds and thousands to the dummy, yet in the post game screen you "only" have a couple thousand maximum for a whole run?
I take it that Fatshark simply didn't want to add fractions to displayed numbers but this might be confusing to newer players.
