My game started crashing frequently as of late and I don’t know why

As the title suggests, my game keeps crashing consistently since last month and it has been bothering me quite a while, this is the only game I have on my PC that crashes like this
As for the pic in the post, that’s the newest crash I have and its the first time i’ve seen it happen.
Would love it if I can get some help with this, thanks.
