I'm new to VeraCrypt and tried setting up a volume with my cloud storage provider. While that works, it seems impractical that I have to mount the volume, add new files then back up the entire volume.
I currently have more files that I want to encrypt than I have available harddisk space. Is there a way to ask veracrypt to keep individual files in a given folder encrypted (with some way to decrypt them when I want to read them)?
I also see this being impractical when I eventually fill up my encrypted volume and would have to create a new one and move all the files over. And I would expect there to be a big diff every time I make a change in the volume contents since the entire volume is encrypted, which would cause a lot of (for my purpose) unnecessary network traffic(?)
It's not an issue for this purpose if file names/folder structure are unencrypted.
Do you have any suggestions for how I can get this set up in a feasible manner?
