Dormant or dying?

Hi everyone. I'm pretty sure my plant is dormant, it's still sprouting leaves but I'm unsure just because there are no new traps forming and everything I've seen online says there should still be traps growing low to the soil but they'll be unresponsive.
Normally it sits outside but I brought it indoors about a month ago when the weather started to get colder (located in New Zealand) and now its looking like this.
So is it dormant or dying?
