Unable to book hotel from Jan 1 2024 to Jan 30 2024 - Anyone ran into this issue?

Title
Tried to book travel on C1 travel portal in Taipei from Jan 1 to Jan 30 2024. It says none of the hotels are available in Taipei but when I adjust the start date to 1/2, choices popped up as usual. Wondering if anyone encountered this with any other cities and how to solve it? Should I call CS?
