A woman side swiped me on the freeway, I wasn't upset, I calmly asked multiple times to exchange info and she wouldn't. I figured I would have to pay for my own damages, it's whatever. The part that got me is that she had three kids in the back driving recklessly. Two infants and a small child in the trunk of her car. Like damn, do better.
