I take rides paid for by insurance to my physical therapy every week. The address is correct, but the gps takes them behind the building. Im very polite and specific when giving directions and have my personal gps on.

2 times i got drivers snapping at me about directions and where they went to get me.

Today the driver pulls in really fast to the medical center, where a van is picking up a wheelchair passenger!! Pulls around, drives between 3 ppl waiting, parks in front of the handicapped walkway!!! I open the door and say hi, she literally says, “thanks for making me take longer to get here. I had to wait at the light and I could have just took the directions and got here faster”…as if she didnt almost run over 3 ppl and a guy in a wheelchair.

Her last ride was about 1.5 miles away, and it was about 4min to get to me.

Im definitely down rating her, but going to wait a day or 2. The last rude driver i had, down voted me because they didnt like not being able to just follow the GPS.. gave me 2 stars I believe. Turned the music up so I couldn’t talk to them without yelling, ran a yellow light, and said i needed better directions even though i was in the car within 3 min of getting the ride.

Hard sigh.
