I‘m happy to help. I‘m happy to give away a euro or two, a cigarette, lend you my lighter - if you ask politely. but if you approach me saying nothing but „cigarette“, I don‘t want to share my stuff with you. you want me to give something to you? at least say „please“ and „thank you“! I don‘t expect more than some basic human decency.
