So I work as a maintenance coordinator for a nursing home. I am so tired of being on call all the time and not getting paid for it. I only get paid for time on site. I am so burned out with the just stupid crap. Like calling me on my day off because they need a light bulb changed. Or they closed the cabbage disposal. Or I am in on my day off and they try to give me like 6 more things to do even though it is my family time. The pay is not amazing its keeping me from being able to do things with my family.
