At least save me the mental anguish by rejecting me

People should at least say when they are no longer interested rather than just flat out no longer respond. It saves me so much mental stress rather than have me wondering if you are simply responding late and leave me waiting anxiously or having me wonder if I did something that warrants being cut off completely. If you don't like the jobs you apply for not giving you an explicit rejection, what makes you think people like that in any other situation? Idk. It's frustrating to deal with especially as a person with anxiety and RSD. This happens on a near daily basis and it is so frustrating.
