I have been growing my hair out for a year. I finally got it down to my belly button. I went to the hair salon yesterday to trim off some of the dead ends and as soon as I sat in the chair I told her I only wanted 2 inches off. I even showed her on my hair how long I wanted it to be even after the cut. She said “okay I can do that!” And went about it next thing I know she had cut 6 inches off SIX. INCHES. I know that doesn’t sound like a lot but it’s gonna take me a whole other year to grow that back. I’m just super frustrated.
