We met on a dating app, talked like a little bit about personal interests, and established that we at least liked one another. But we never met up in person, never went on any dates or even made plans for one, and never made anything official whatsoever. But what I first found weird was anytime I didn’t reply within like the first 2 minutes of her sending me a message, she’d send one right after asking if I was okay. One week I was busy for a few days, looking for jobs and going to interviews and whatnot, so I wasn’t on any messaging apps bc by the end of the day I was exhausted. And she starts leaving me tons of messages and video messages, like at least 20 of each, and called me like 6 times back to back trying to get ahold of me. Even messages me on a separate app in attempt to get ahold of me. I don’t know if I’m just overreacting but this felt incredibly weird and uncomfortable for me bc I honestly couldn’t even tell her her favorite shows, nor do I know any real intricate details about her life, and she doesn’t know any of these things about me either. The clinginess here is honestly just such a huge turn off for me and I stopped responding entirely and left some messages on read and I just wish she would take the hint and leave me alone now.
