Lived my whole life with a toxic mother now that my good father stepped up he's getting old and constantly saying he feels his days are numbered.

It's just not fair bro.

Shitty parent my whole life who constantly called me names and constantly called me a failure and mocked me and mistreated me. My dad eventually got me to come live with him. Now after 5 years of being with him he's getting older and visibly struggling. I might be seeing him go in this lifetime and i barely got to live with him for 28 years of my life only when it was time to start working.

I'm scared man I don't want to lose the only good parent I've lost so many years with. I'm not confident in a future without him. Life just always sucks.
