It’s a quarter til 10pm in my time zone, on a Saturday night - the Saturday nearest my 35th birthday. I’m in bed, alone, took my vitamins, brushed my teeth, granny panties on, earplugs in, book in hand to read before I fall asleep. WTF. I used to be fun. Now I’m alone and pathetic. And before anyone says “I wish i could have quiet nights like that!” No, you don’t. Every single night is like this and it’s miserable and monotonous and painfully lonely.
