Why does she act like I don't exist

So I dated this girl for over a year I got arrested back in May she posted my bond and she went to jail in September and I rode out the 8 months she was locked up by sending her packages books visits phone calls and she gets out and she acts like I don't exist how can you literally do someone that way it doesn't make sense to me
