My boss didn't approve my progression which has now ruined our relationship and I want to leave

Yearly reviews and you can get a raise. My boss said no. Problem is I know my rights so I said I want to challenge it and review the decision. This has now made me no longer want to work there. We had a great relationship before and the discussion was very positive so I was blindsided when they said it. I have started updating my resume and cover letter but the work is interesting and the rest of the team is good. I'll likely get the raise because I know how to challenge it correctly based on the policies we have but I just don't have the drive for this place like I used to. It's so frustrating.
