I put so much effort in at work. I try so hard. I meet all my target and get the free to complete the goals but then nothing is ever said. But when on the others do anything remotely half of what I do (like meet 1 target, where I'll meet all) they get a post, a congratulations and a bonus for it.... It's like I'm just there to hold down the fort. Just to make the store look good but then not actually get anything for it... I want to be appreciated. I want to feel like I'm cared for. All I ever get is a thank you. But anytime anyone else gets anything. It's immediately the best thing that's happened to th all week and it's made out to be that they're the only people who do it....
