I’m in such a bad episode today

I’m so, so tired despite being in bed for so long and I just can’t seem to do anything. It’s weird because unless I have solid plans, like going to work or seeing someone, I can’t find the energy to do anything it seems. I feel like such a lazy POS. I’m just so exhausted… I need to go to the store today and I hope I can find the energy to do so.
