VC Shipping Labels

Has anyone else noticed that the shipping labels obtained from VC are now missing the customer information? I looked back and it seems this has been happening since Oct. The address and customer info is now just XXXX . VC says they are no longer providing the customer info on the label and UPS gets this when it is scanned. We are getting a lot returned for this, so it seems UPS may not be aware.
